DIEGO RODRÍGUEZ

I have thirty years’ experience as a financial advisor to my client portfolio; for the last ten years, I have specialised in film project financing, because cinema is my passion. In March 2017, I set up my own production company, Lacharito Films, named in honour of the Vespa I christened Lacharito, which, when I was younger, took me to all the film and documentary premieres and festivals… because cinema was, and still is, my great passion.
I hold a diploma from the Management School, specialising in Business Management between 1991 and 1994, a Master’s degree from the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB), and I am a Financial Controller/Production Accountant, having qualified at the ESCAC – Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya.

SARA ISABEL TORTOSA

I hold a degree in Law and am a practising solicitor with the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). After working as a generalist solicitor dealing with matters across all branches of law (Civil, Employment, Administrative and Criminal), I specialised in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law, completing the prestigious ‘Magister Lvcentinvs’ Master’s degree at the University of Alicante. I have furthered my training in Commercial and Tax Law by undertaking various advanced programmes at the Instituto de Empresa (“M&A and complex restructuring and refinancing operations”) and the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF), as well as receiving financial mentoring from an expert in this field, with the aim of providing comprehensive technical expertise to the business community in the course of their commercial activities.
I have extensive experience in the field of entertainment law, advising on all types of audiovisual productions, performing arts and live entertainment, with a particular focus on the financing of these projects through the structuring and application of tax incentives available to the cultural sector.
My professional experience as a litigation lawyer enables me to assist clients, where necessary, before courts of any jurisdiction and at any level within the country.
